If an applicant does not pass the examination at the first attempt, or at a second attempt, or at a third attempt, the applicant must not make a fourth attempt to pass the examination unless: (a) the applicant has repeated the aeronautical knowledge component of the RPL training course; and (b) at least 14 days have elapsed since the third attempt.
