(1) Zuständige Behörde in der Betriebskategorie „zulassungspflichtig“ für die Erteilung einer Zulassung nach den Artikeln 6, 7 Absatz 3 und 11 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2019/947 in Verbindung mit der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2019/945 der Kommission vom 12. März 2019 über unbemannte Luftfahrzeugsysteme und Drittlandbetreiber unbemannter Luftfahrzeugsysteme (ABl. L 152 vom 11.6.2019, S. 1), die durch die Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2020/1058 (ABl. L 232 vom 20.7.2020, S. 1) geändert worden ist, ist das Luftfahrt-Bundesamt. (2) Für den Betrieb in der Betriebskategorie „zulassungspflichtig“ gelten die Verkehrsvorschriften für bemannte, motorgetriebene Luftfahrzeuge entsprechend, soweit sie Einfluss auf die Belange des Umwelt-, Lärm- oder Naturschutzes haben können.
