Jeżeli operacja NIE podlega predefiniowanej ocenie ryzyka (PDRA) należy przeprowadzić pełną ocenę ryzyka operacyjnego metodyką SORA oraz wraz z wnioskiem przedłożyć obowiązkowe załączniki: a) FORMULARZ SORA b) plik KML uwzględniający granice przestrzeni operacyjnej oraz bufora ryzyka naziemnego c) instrukcję operacyjną (INOP) d) potwierdzenie opłaty lotniczej... e) przeprowadzoną konsultację z PAŻP w zakresie weryfikacji ryzyka w przestrzeni powietrznej.
