A person who fails to record the required matters in the flight log (飛行日誌) or makes false entries, in violation of Article 132-89, Paragraph 2, shall be punished by a fine of up to 100,000 yen.

第百五十七条の十一　次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その違反行為をした者は、十万円以下の罰金に処する。 三　第百三十二条の八十九第二項の規定に違反して、飛行日誌に記載すべき事項を記載せず、又は虚偽の記載をしたとき。
