The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency may revoke a regulation or decision if: - the circumstances prevailing at the time it was issued have changed substantially and the activity can no longer be continued through amendment of the conditions; or - the unmanned aircraft system operator repeatedly violates applicable provisions or the conditions of the regulation or decision.
