The theoretical knowledge examination to obtain a ‘certificate of remote pilot competency’ in subcategory A2 of the ‘open’ category (according to point UAS.OPEN.030(2)(c)) and the ‘certificate of remote pilot theoretical knowledge’ for STSs (as per Attachment A to Chapter I of Appendix 1 of the UAS Regulation) should be conducted: (1) as a face-to-face examination... or (2) through an online-proctored examination...
