If you plan to fly a drone near an uncontrolled airport (within 1.5 km of its boundaries or within its runway approach corridor), you must obtain permission from the airport operator first.

(8) Za izvođenje letačkih operacija bespilotnim zrakoplovima u blizini nekontroliranog aerodroma na udaljenostima manjim od 1500 metara od rubova i 500 metara bočno uzduž osi prilazne ravni do udaljenosti 2500 metara od praga uzletno-sletne staze (USS) potrebno je prethodno ishoditi suglasnost operatora nekontroliranog aerodroma.
