In scopul de a desfasura activitati de zbor in conditii de legalitate PDRA necesita o autorizatie operationala emisa de AACR. In acest caz procesul va fi mult simplificat insa. Astfel in cazul in care operatiunea planificata este acoperita de unul din PDRA-urile publicate, Operatorul UAS in loc sa efectueze evaluarea riscului, va completa tabelul PDRA, va elabora manualul operational si va depune cererea la AACR.
