地表又は水面から 150ｍ以上の高さの飛行の禁止空域から、地上又は水上の物件から 30ｍ以内の空域が除外される。例えば、空港等の周辺、緊急用務空域又は人口集中地区のいずれにも該当しない地域において、高層の建物の壁や屋上から 30 メートル以内の空域であれば、150 メートル以上の高さの空域に達する場合であっても、無人航空機を無許可で飛行させることが可能となる。
