The FAA will officially notify the applicant once their submitted means of compliance has been accepted.

Requirement as structured

The FAA will notify the submitter of acceptance once the Administrator determines the means of compliance meets the requirements of subparts D and E of Part 89.

Original regulatory text

If the Administrator determines the person has demonstrated that the means of compliance meets the requirements of subparts D and E of this part, the FAA will notify the person that the Administrator has accepted the means of compliance.
