Unmanned aircraft owners, users, and operators must permit Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism officials to enter their offices, factories, or locations where unmanned aircraft are located to inspect aircraft, books, documents, and other items, and must answer questions when requested.

国土交通大臣は、この法律の施行を確保するため必要があるときは、その職員に、前項各号に掲げる者の事務所、工場その他の事業場、空港等、航空保安施設を設置する場所、空港等若しくは航空保安施設の工事を行う場所、航空機若しくは無人航空機の所在する場所又は航空機に立ち入つて、航空機、航空保安施設、無人航空機、帳簿、書類その他の物件を検査させ、又は関係者に質問させることができる。
