§ 60 14 . Õhusõiduki juhi poolt lennureeglite rikkumine (1) Õhusõiduki juhi poolt lennureeglite rikkumise eest – karistatakse rahatrahviga kuni 200 trahviühikut. (2) sama teo eest, kui sellega on ettevaatamatusest tekitatud varaline kahju, – karistatakse rahatrahviga kuni 300 trahviühikut või arestiga.
