§ 60 54 . Mehitamata õhusõiduki süsteemi juhtimine kaugpiloodi pädevuseta isiku poolt (1) Mehitamata õhusõiduki süsteemi juhtimise eest kaugpiloodi pädevuseta isiku poolt – karistatakse rahatrahviga kuni 300 trahviühikut. (2) Sama teo eest, kui selle on toime pannud juriidiline isik, – karistatakse rahatrahviga kuni 12 000 eurot.
