A remote pilot operating an unmanned aircraft with a mass greater than 250 g under the conditions of Article 22(b) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 must hold one of the following documents: (1) the attestations of success in the examinations defined at point UAS.OPEN.030(2) of the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2019/947, namely the online theoretical examination under (a) together with the additional theoretical examination under (c); (2) the remote-pilot theoretical aptitude certificate issued by the Minister for Civil Aviation together with the training attestation issued by the operator responsible for the training, provided for by Article D. 6214-4; (3) the remote-pilot aptitude attestation provided for by Article D. 6214-6; or (4) any other equivalent supporting document provided for by Article D. 6214-9, accompanied where applicable by a training attestation. Failure to hold one of them is punishable by the fine for fourth-class contraventions.

Est puni de l'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe le fait, pour un télépilote, de faire circuler, dans les conditions prévues au b de l'article 22 du règlement d'exécution (UE) 2019/947 de la Commission du 24 mai 2019, un aéronef sans équipage à bord de masse supérieure à 250 g sans avoir obtenu l'un des documents suivants : 1° Les attestations de réussite aux examens définis au 2 du point UAS. OPEN. 030 de l'annexe du règlement d'exécution (UE) 2019/947 de la Commission du 24 mai 2019 : l'examen théorique en ligne conformément au a ainsi que l'examen théorique complémentaire conformément au c ; 2° Le certificat d'aptitude théorique de télépilote délivré par le ministre chargé de l'aviation civile ainsi que l'attestation de suivi de formation délivrée par l'exploitant en charge de la formation prévus par l'article D. 6214-4 ; 3° L'attestation d'aptitude aux fonctions de télépilote prévue par l'article D. 6214-6 ; 4° Tout autre justificatif équivalent prévu par l'article D. 6214-9, accompagné, le cas échéant, d'une attestation de suivi de formation.
