If your drone is involved in an accident or a serious safety incident, you must immediately report it online at aviationreporting.eu and email the IAA at drones@iaa.ie.

In the event of a drone accident or serious incident, the operator must immediately submit a report through aviationreporting.eu and notify the UAS Division of the Irish Aviation Authority.
