UAS Geographical Zones over Military Areas and Border Zones

Drone zones over military sites, within up to 2 km around them and in the border zone are set by the Armed Forces Commander in agreement with LTSA; zones in the border zone are also agreed with the State Border Guard Service. These are duties of the authorities. Check the published zones before flying.

Requirement as structured

UAS geographical zones (within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/947) over military territories, within a radius of up to 2 km around them set by the Minister of National Defence, and in the border zone are established by the Commander of the Armed Forces, in agreement with LTSA, under the procedure the Commander sets. UAS geographical zones in the border zone are additionally agreed with the State Border Guard Service. (Both are duties of the authorities, not of UAS operators.)

Bepiločių orlaivių sistemų (UAS) geografines zonas, kaip jos suprantamos pagal Reglamentą (ES) 2019/947, virš karinių teritorijų ir krašto apsaugos ministro nustatytu ne didesniu negu 2 km spinduliu aplink šias teritorijas bei pasienio zonoje, suderinęs su LTSA, nustato kariuomenės vadas savo nustatyta tvarka. Bepiločių orlaivių sistemų (UAS) geografinės zonos pasienio zonoje papildomai suderinamos su Valstybės sienos apsaugos tarnyba.
