22. Atzītā struktūra ne vēlāk kā 10 dienas pirms plānotajām izmaiņām informē Civilās aviācijas aģentūru par izmaiņām šo noteikumu 9. un 10. punktā (ja piemērojams) minētajos dokumentos, iesniedzot attiecīgu iesniegumu ( 1. pielikums ).
