§ 4. 1. Minimalna suma gwarancyjna ubezpieczenia OC, w okresie ubezpieczenia nie dłuższym niż 12 miesięcy, w odniesieniu do jednego zdarzenia, którego skutki są objęte umową ubezpieczenia OC, wynosi równowartość w złotych 50 000 SDR.
