法第百三十二条の八十五第四項第一号の国土交通省令で定める方法は、次のいずれにも該当する方法とする。 一　法第百三十二条の八十五第一項第二号に掲げる空域において飛行させること。 二　十分な強度を有する紐等（長さが三十メートル以下のものに限る。）で係留することにより無人航空機の飛行の範囲を制限した上で飛行させること。 三　前号の範囲内に地上又は水上の物件が存しない場合に飛行させること。 四　補助者の配置その他の第二号の範囲内において無人航空機を飛行させる者及びこれを補助する者以外の者の立入りを管理する措置を講じて飛行させること。
