国、地方公共団体又は対象空港管理者は、第二項（第三項及び第五項において準用する場合含む。）の規定による措置が行われたときは、当該措置により損失を受けた者（前条第一項又は第三項本文の規定に違反して小型無人機等の飛行を行った者を除く。）に対し、当該措置により通常生ずべき損失を補償しなければならない。
