Geografische UAS-Gebiete § 18b. Als geografische UAS-Gebiete im Sinne des Art. 15 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2019/947 werden festgelegt: 1. Gebiete bei Modellflugplätzen gemäß Anhang E Teil A, in welchen der Betrieb von unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen mit Genehmigung nach Art. 16 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2019/947 zulässig ist (Kategorie 1), 2. Gebiete bei Flugplätzen ohne Flugplatzzonen gemäß Anhang E Teil B, in welchen der Betrieb von unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen nach den in § 18 Abs. 5 festgelegten Bedingungen zulässig ist (Kategorie 2)
