In designated drone zones (except red zones), you can fly up to 5 meters above and within 50 meters horizontally of an artificial obstacle, even if it exceeds the normal height limit for that zone, under Open category rules.

All'interno delle zone geografiche definite nei successivi paragrafi 6.8, 6.9, 6.10 e 6.11 (ad eccezione delle aree rosse, per le quali si rimanda al capoverso successivo) sono possibili operazioni UAS nell'intorno di un ostacolo artificiale entro 50 mt orizzontalmente e fino a 5 mt verticalmente1, anche oltre le altezze consentite nelle rispettive aree, rimanendo in categoria aperta.
