Pareiškėjas, siekiantis pakeisti jau išduotame naudojimo leidime nurodytas sąlygas, sumoka susisiekimo ministro nustatyto dydžio atlyginimą už administracinę paslaugą ir 5 punkte nurodytais būdais TKA pateikia Aprašo 1 priede nustatytos formos prašymą bei dokumentus ir duomenis, nurodytus Aprašo 5.1 – 5.5 papunkčiuose, kurie susiję su numatomu veiklos pakeitimu.
