Gli operatori degli UAS che intendano effettuare operazioni su aree per le quali è stato disposto il divieto di sorvolo ai sensi dell’art. 793 del Codice della Navigazione devono acquisire una espressa autorizzazione dell’ENAC sentito il proprietario/gestore o responsabile del sito/infrastruttura.
