Prezes Urzędu cofa certyfikat LUC, jeżeli posiadacz certyfikatu LUC: 1) nie usunie stwierdzonych nieprawidłowości, o których mowa w ust. 5, w okresie zawieszenia; 2) uzyskał certyfikat LUC na podstawie sfałszowanego dokumentu; 3) na wniosek posiadacza certyfikatu LUC.
