Before you can start flying under a standard scenario (STS) in the Specific category, you must submit an operational declaration and wait until you receive a confirmation of its receipt and completeness from the Civil Aviation Agency.

Requirement as structured

An applicant may commence specific category UAS flights under the standard scenarios in Appendix 1 to the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2019/947, in accordance with points UAS.SPEC.020(1)(a) and (b) of Part B of that Annex, once the portal shows the Civil Aviation Agency's confirmation that the submitted operational declaration has been received and is complete.

Pretendents var uzsākt specifiskās kategorijas bezpilota gaisa kuģu lidojumus atbilstoši regulas Nr. 2019/947 pielikuma 1. papildinājumā noteiktajiem standarta scenārijiem saskaņā ar regulas Nr. 2019/947 pielikuma B daļas UAS.SPEC.020. punkta 1. apakšpunkta "a" un "b" apakšpunktu, kad portālā ir saņēmis Civilās aviācijas aģentūrā iesniegtās ekspluatācijas deklarācijas apstiprinājumu par tās saņemšanu un pilnīgumu.
