In plain language

If your flight path crosses a DID that is designated as an exclusive industrial zone (which is exempt from DID flight permission), you must write 'Confirmed that the DID on the route is an exclusive industrial district' on your map or in the remarks section of your application.

Requirement as structured

MLIT requires applicants who submit a route map containing a Densely Inhabited District (DID) but do not seek DID flight permission to annotate the map or remarks section stating that the DID on the route has been confirmed as an exclusive industrial district.
