When flying near restricted national security or public order sites, the restricted geographical zone extends up to 50 meters beyond the actual property boundary of the protected facility.

When geographical zones restricting unmanned aircraft flights are drawn for national security or public order purposes, a safety buffer of up to 50 metres from the property boundary of the protected land or building (the object) is added where this is necessary to keep the object functioning or to avoid danger. The buffer applies in the drone geographical zones set out in point 5.1 of the order (Annexes 1–3).

Mehitamata õhusõiduki lendamise piiramiseks geograafiliste koordinaatide piiritlemisel lisandub riigi julgeoleku või avaliku korra tagamise eesmärgil ohutusala kuni 50 meetri ulatuses maa-ala või ehitise (edaspidi objekt ) kinnistu piirist, kui see on vajalik objekti töövõime säilitamise või ohu vältimiseks. Ohutusala kehtib korralduse punktis 5.1 kehtestatud alades mehitamata õhusõiduki lendamise piiramiseks.
