Der Betrieb von unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen und von selbständig im Fluge verwendbarem zivilen Luftfahrtgerät innerhalb von militärischen Nahkontrollbezirken, militärischen Kontrollzonen und militärischen Flugplatzverkehrszonen ist nur mit Zustimmung der örtlich zuständigen Militärflugleitung zulässig.
