The Part 101 Manual of Standards may require a person who operates, or proposes to operate, RPA to do either or both of the following: (a) keep records, in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the Part 101 Manual of Standards; (b) give information to CASA, in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the Part 101 Manual of Standards. (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) the person is subject to a requirement under subregulation (1); and (b) the person does not comply with the requirement.
