A person who operates, or proposes to operate, an RPA must keep records and provide information to CASA in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the Part 101 Manual of Standards.

The Part 101 Manual of Standards may require a person who operates, or proposes to operate, RPA to do either or both of the following: (a) keep records, in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the Part 101 Manual of Standards; (b) give information to CASA, in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the Part 101 Manual of Standards. (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) the person is subject to a requirement under subregulation (1); and (b) the person does not comply with the requirement.
