Validity of Authorizations and Certificates Issued Prior to the Decree

If you hold an authorization or certificate issued by the French civil aviation authority before this decree came into force, it remains valid for operations under Article 6. You must continue to comply with the conditions and limitations specified in that document and its annexes.

Requirement as structured

Authorizations and certificates issued by the Minister in charge of civil aviation before the entry into force of this decree remain valid and are deemed issued in accordance with this decree, within the limits of their original conditions.

Pour l'utilisation des aéronefs sans équipage à bord dans le cadre d'opérations mentionnées à l'article 6 du présent arrêté, les autorisations et attestations délivrées par le ministre chargé de l'aviation civile avant l'entrée en vigueur du présent arrêté restent valides et sont réputées avoir été délivrées conformément aux dispositions du présent arrêté dans les limites des conditions indiquées sur ces documents et leurs annexes éventuelles.
