If you fly a drone illegally over or around a restricted important facility, police, coast guard, military, or airport officials can order you to immediately land or remove your drone. You must comply with these orders.

警察官は、前条第一項又は第三項本文の規定に違反して小型無人機等の飛行が行われていると認められる場合には、当該小型無人機等の飛行を行っている者に対し、当該小型無人機等の飛行に係る機器を対象施設周辺地域の上空から退去させることその他の対象施設に対する危険を未然に防止するために必要な措置をとることを命ずることができる。
