3.3. Kui lend suundub mittekontrollitavas õhuruumis Eesti Vabariigi ja Vene Föderatsiooni vahelisele kontrolljoonele või Eesti Vabariigi ja Läti Vabariigi maismaapiirile lähemale kui 5 km (2,7 meremiili) ja toimub allpool lennutasandit (FL) 95 ehk 2900 m, tuleb lennuplaan esitada vähemalt 60 minutit enne väljumist, tehes lennuplaani märkuste väljale märke „piir” (RMK/border).
