Jedinica za upravljanje zračnim prostorom (AMC) mora uspostavom struktura po ad hoc postupku ograničiti ili zabraniti letenje i provedbu aktivnosti svim korisnicima određenog volumena zračnog prostora na način koji smatra najprimjerenijim ovisno o situaciji u zračnom prostoru. Letenje i provedbu aktivnosti unutar struktura uspostavljenih po ad hoc postupku moguće je odobriti ovlaštenim korisnicima
