9. Ekspluatanta reģistrācija ir spēkā vienu gadu no reģistrēta ekspluatanta statusa iegūšanas vai pagarināšanas brīža. Reģistrēta ekspluatanta statuss tiek iegūts vai pagarināts no brīža, kad informācija par to ievadīta reģistrā.
