For operations using a class-marked UAS (Parts 1 to 5 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945), the operator must ensure the UAS is accompanied by the EU declaration of conformity and has the class identification label affixed.

(6) in the case of an operation with an unmanned aircraft of one of the classes defined in Parts 1 to 5 of the Annex of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945, ensure that the UAS is: (a) accompanied by the corresponding EU declaration of conformity, including the reference to the appropriate class; and (b) the related class identification label is affixed to the unmanned aircraft.
