13. Skogsmark (Ändringsföreskrift 2017:2) Undantaget gäller endast om det handlar om fotografier eller film och att detta material inte innehåller fordon, byggnader, anläggningar, verksamheter eller andra mänskliga aktiviteter förutom sådant som tillhör skogsbruket. Det ska vara markägaren själv som beställt materialet eller själv agerat fotograf.
