New Application Requirement for Legacy Approvals

If your previous flight approval used the old system of website-listed drones or private certifications, you cannot simply renew or copy that application. You must submit a brand new application for your next flight.

MLIT requires operators whose previous approvals (granted before December 18, 2025) involved website-listed UAVs or private skills certifications to submit a completely new application rather than a renewal, amendment, or duplication for their next flight request.
