When you receive a permit to fly in a geographical zone, the start date of the permit must be at least 14 days after the date the permit is issued. This is to allow time for coordination with HEMS, Naviair, or the relevant airfield. You cannot bypass this 14-day buffer, even if you have already coordinated with these entities yourself.
