You must always keep your drone close enough to see it clearly with your own eyes (without binoculars or telescopes) so you can control its flight path and avoid any hazards.

Requirement as structured

The remote pilot must keep the unmanned aircraft at a distance where it remains easily visible to the naked eye and within their field of vision at all times to control its trajectory.
