法第百三十二条の十六第三項の均一性基準は、申請者が次に掲げる要件に適合することとする。 一　次に掲げる施設を有すること。 イ　申請に係る型式の無人航空機の製造及び検査（法第百三十二条の十八第二項の規定による検査を含む。以下この条において「製造等業務」という。）に必要な設備 ロ　製造等業務に必要な面積及び照明設備その他の設備を有する作業場 ハ　製造等業務に必要な材料、部品、装備品等を適切に保管するための施設 二　製造等業務を分担する場合において、業務を実施する組織が製造等業務を適切に分担できるものであり、かつ、それぞれの権限及び責任が明確にされたものであること。 三　前号の各組織ごとに製造等業務を適確に実施することができる能力を有する人員が適切に配置されていること。 四　作業の実施方法（次号の品質管理制度に係るものを除く。）が製造等業務の適確な実施のために適切なものであること。 五　次の制度を含む品質管理制度が製造等業務の適確な実施のために適切なものであること。
