You can only use, publish, or share aerial images after they have been reviewed and approved by the State Geodetic Administration (DGU). The approval will specify which images are restricted or must be excluded.

Rješenjem kojim Državna geodetska uprava, nakon izvršenog pregleda zračnih snimaka od strane Povjerenstva, odobrava uporabu zračnih snimaka određuje se koje se snimke mogu rabiti u skladu s podnesenim zahtjevom, odnosno koje se ne mogu javno objavljivati i ustupati drugim korisnicima ili koje je potrebno izuzeti.
