c) En el caso de que las infraestructuras o instalaciones... consistan en puentes o tengan partes o tramos colgantes... las distancias horizontales... se extenderán hasta 10 metros en dirección al suelo por debajo de la base de la infraestructura... y más abajo de esta distancia, hasta 10 metros de cualquiera de sus pilares, arcos o soportes.
