If you are flying under a Standard Scenario (STS) declaration from another EASA country and want to operate in Ireland, you must email a copy of your declaration and its confirmation of receipt to the Irish Aviation Authority.

A UAS operator registered in an EASA Member State other than the Republic of Ireland, that intends to conduct ‘specific’ category cross border standard scenario operations or standard scenario operations in Ireland, for which a declaration has been made, shall provide the Irish Aviation Authority, as the competent authority, with a copy of the declaration submitted to the Member State of registration, as well as a copy of the confirmation of receipt and completeness to drones@iaa.ie.
