For drone missions in the military CTRs of De Kooy, De Peel, Deelen, Eindhoven, Gilze-Rijen, Leeuwarden, Volkel and Woensdrecht (procedure in effect from 1 September 2026 per LVNL), the operator submits the mission plan via GoDrone and requests (provisional) authorisation from the Ministry of Defence Flight Data NOTAM Office (FDNO) at least 24 hours before the start of the flight. Applies only where the flight is permitted in a CTR (not in the Open category).

Request procedure for drone flights in military CTRs With effect from 1 September 2026, the following request procedure will apply to drone missions in the CTRs of De Kooy, De Peel, Deelen, Eindhoven, Gilze-Rijen, Leeuwarden, Volkel and Woensdrecht: - Submit your mission plan via GoDrone and request (provisional) authorisation from FDNO at least 24 hours before the start of the flight.
