現に有する資格以外の資格の技能証明、技能証明の限定の変更を申請する者に対する学科試験にあつては、申請により、既得の技能証明に係る学科試験と同一のものであつて国土交通大臣が同等又はそれ以上と認めたものについては、これを行わない。
