The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may revoke the registration of a registered unmanned aircraft if its owner obtained the registration or its renewal by wrongful means.

国土交通大臣は、登録無人航空機の所有者又は使用者が次の各号のいずれか（使用者にあつては、第一号）に該当するときは、その登録を取り消すことができる。 二不正の手段により第百三十二条の四第一項の登録又は第百三十二条の六第一項の登録の更新を受けたとき。
