第二百三十六条の三十八法第百三十二条の四十 の技能証明（ 同条 に規定する無人航空機操縦者技能証明をいう。以下この節において同じ。）を申請しようとする者（以下この条において「技能証明申請者」という。）は、写真を添付した技能証明申請書を、国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。 ２前項 の申請書には、 次の各号 に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に規定する書類を添付しなければならない。ただし、 第二百三十六条の三第二項第一号 イ及び 第二号 に掲げる書類にあつては国土交通大臣が提出を受ける日前六月以内に作成されたものに、その他の書類にあつては国土交通大臣が提出を受ける日において有効なものに限る。 一技能証明申請者が 次号 に掲げる者以外である場合第二百三十六条の三第二項第一号 イ又はロに掲げる書類のいずれか 二技能証明申請者が本邦内に住居を有しない外国人（日本の国籍を有しない者をいう。）の場合第二百三十六条の三第二項第二号 に掲げる書類 ３前項 の規定は、 次の各号 のいずれかに該当する場合においては、適用しない。 一技能証明申請者が国土交通大臣に対し、個人番号カードに記録された利用者証明用電子証明書を送信する方法により本人であることの確認を受ける場合 二その他国土交通大臣が定めるところにより、技能証明申請者が電磁的方法により本人であることの確認を受ける場合
