A certified RPA operator must ensure that there is no conflict or inconsistency between the requirements of this Chapter and the documented practices and procedures. (2) If there is any conflict or inconsistency: (a) the requirements of this Chapter must prevail; and (b) the documented practices and procedures must be immediately revised and corrected.
