(2) Loa taotlus esitatakse lõikes 1 nimetatud asutusele, kes kontrollib taotluses esitatud andmeid ja teeb otsuse loa andmise või sellest keeldumise kohta viie tööpäeva jooksul nõuetekohase taotluse saamisest arvates.
